When you request an estimate, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, structured property address, meeting preference, project description, preferred date and time, and whether you chose to provide SMS consent. You may also choose to upload project photos. We also record when the request was submitted and limited campaign attribution when it is available.

Please provide only the information needed to discuss your project. Do not include people, sensitive financial or medical information, identity documents, or unrelated personal information in uploaded photos.

If the Rebate Finder is enabled and you choose to use it, the site sends the five-digit ZIP code you enter to the application server for validation and rate-limited processing. The current application code does not store or return the ZIP, add it to the page URL, or send it in application analytics events. You enter the ZIP again on the official ENERGY STAR® website, which has its own privacy practices.

Website analytics and browser storage

When configured, the site uses analytics to understand page visits and actions such as calls or form submissions. Analytics events do not intentionally include the contact details or project text entered in the form. The site also uses browser storage to remember accessibility preferences and limited visit attribution. Analytics and advertising storage follow the consent settings available on the site.
